We are confident you will love your Leesa mattress, but if you don’t, you have up to 100 nights from the day of delivery to request a return, please contact customer support and let us know.
We ask that you try your new mattress for at least 30 days, as sometimes changing to a new mattress can take a few weeks to fully adjust and we find this is the optimum time to understand whether your new mattress is right for you. If after 30 days you are still unsatisifed we will be more than happy to accept a return.
We will aim to reply to your request in 24 hours Monday to Friday to arrange the return.
We will arrange a free pickup from your home so you do not have to worry about fitting your Leesa back in the box or return shipping costs.
We do our best to locate a charity in your community to donate the mattress to, otherwise we coordinate your pick up with our recycle partner. Once collected, we refund your purchase in full.
